Bill was born and raised in Rowan County, where his business originated. 
His passion for construction began when he was 16 years old, he had his very first job in the construction industry. When he turned 18 he served in the military and once returning home his love for construction remained. With his passion for construction and a dream he decided to begin his own business, and in 1975 B.E. Waller & Son Construction was launched!
In Bill's free time you can find him spending time with his family or riding horses with his amazing wife Jane.
